These Introvert Collection bowls are lovingly wheel thrown from speckled tan clay in Portland, OR before we sandcarve our original graphics through the lead-free, cadmium-free glaze. Mary Oliver's poetry inspired this moody blue-gray glaze combo. Glaze colors and textures may vary from what's shown, as each batch turns out differently.
The beauty of these bowls are their slightly wonky, rustic shapes. Each bowl is unique, and will have visible signs of being handmade such as small bumps, fingerprints, and other features--not flaws! The deeply engraved areas have crisp edges, showing off the bare stoneware beneath. Bases have been sanded smooth to sit comfortably in your hands.
