We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced clothing items within two weeks of purchase or delivery date. Returns are for store credit only.
For returns or exchanges: the customer is responsible for return shipping, but we will take care of the rest. If something doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, we're more than happy to send you a better size once we receive the old garment from you as long as we have it in stock!
To initiate a return for an online purchase, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please follow the aforementioned order of operations. Do not bring items to our retail store without following these steps because not all sales associates will be able to process your return/exchange. Please also respect the boundaries outlined by our returns and exchange policy. Our sales associates will adhere to these policies. Please do not send items back to us before initiating a return.
IMPORTANT POLICY ABOUT MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Please note that made-to-order jewelry items are not eligible for return, and made-to-order items that are currently in production cannot be canceled.
In an effort to respect the craftsmanship, time, and cost of producing work made by any of the artists we carry, we adhere to the policies outlined above without exception.
Purchases that are final sale: Due to health code regulations, apothecary, all jewelry, lingerie, and swimwear are considered final sale items; sale items and items purchased during a sale, warehouse or promotion; and custom orders.
Apothecary is final sale. (skin care, cosmetics, bath products, etc): Like all skin care and cosmetics products, we cannot predict skin reactions (either due to mixing with other skin care regimes or due to personal allergies, etc) so we always recommend a patch test when trying something new. We cannot, however, offer refunds or store credit on apothecary products. As a small business, it is untenable for us to receive items of this nature once they have been opened and used, rendering them unsellable.
Warehouse Sale and SALE purchases are FINAL SALE.
Online order exchanges or returns must be unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached. For questions regarding your online order, email us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
We reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange on items returned to us in unsuitable condition or outside our return policy.
Understanding our Return Policy
Our return policy reflects the realities of made-to-order and small batch apparel. We are a small team of five people, and every one of us has their hands on your order from start to finish; this means that unfortunately garments that are shipped out for orders cannot receive refunds, particularly after durations of time outside of our exchange window, because that is untenable for our small business. We manage our returns and exchanges with the kindness of personal customer service in the hopes that we can resolve every issue, including but not limited to offering alterations free of charge, and having an amazing website to choose from if an exchange is needed. Please note you are dealing with real humans, and we take the mental health of our staff very seriously. We will not tolerate disrespectful correspondences with our staff, and we reserve the right to discontinue correspondences that are disrespectful toward us.
