We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within two weeks of purchase or delivery date. Returns are for store credit only.
For returns or exchanges: the customer is responsible for return shipping, but we will take care of the rest. If something doesn't fit the way you'd like it to, we're more than happy to send you a better size once we receive the old garment from you as long as we have it in stock!

All purchases that are final sale: Due to health code regulations, apothecary, earrings, lingerie, and swimwear are considered final sale items; sale items and items purchased during a sale, warehouse or promotion; and custom orders.
Apothecary is final sale. (skin care, cosmetics, bath products, etc): Like all skin care and cosmetics products, we cannot predict skin reactions (either due to mixing with other skin care regimes or due to personal allergies, etc) so we always recommend a patch test when trying something new. We cannot, however, offer refunds or store credit on apothecary products. As a small business, it is untenable for us to receive items of this nature once they have been opened and used, rendering them unsellable.
Warehouse Sale purchases are FINAL SALE.
