So, I decided to make a top that somewhat blurs the outline and details of your bust area, while still staying true to the 'napkin top' idea." The "Emma" halter is double lined and meant to lay on your chest while the ruching detail can be adjusted for desired shirring detail. Because of the adjustable front, the back neck is seamless - meaning that you don't have to make sure it stays tied up all day.
