There has truly been no playbook for this. Directives coming from state and local officials are rapidly changing, Covid cases are on the rise, and ultimately, our staff safety is more important to us than just about anything. Due to this, we are NOT bringing our floor staff back to retail sales. All of our floor staff have been re-assigned to back-end positions that enable them to work from home, or work in our office in a safe, socially distant capacity.

HOURS OF OPERATION

This has been a huge restructuring for us, and we are trying to make this a sustainable option moving forward until it is safe again. Our owner has been keeping limited walk-in hours on the weekends (Friday-Sunday 10-2), and has encouraged appointment shopping, curbside pickup, and online orders. We are doing everything in our power to make our store available to customers, and feverishly photographing and listing as many products as possible online for ease of shopping. 

MANUFACTURING UPDATES

Our manufacturing facility has also been moved so that Cassie and Jocabeth (who have “bubbled” together since March) can work in a socially distant, safe environment. Our protocols across the board have focused on repeated sanitation of all instruments, tools, and materials.

PHOTOSHOOT GUIDELINES

Our photoshoots follow strict social distancing guidelines, and are now moving towards outdoor settings as well. As always, we are masking up at all times. Simple protocols such as these, or (for example) keeping our apothecary samples behind the counter so that we can offer cotton swabs to customers instead of tester bottles, are measures that we have taken extreme care and thought to institute.

IN-STORE SHOPPING GUIDELINES

For our customers who decide to shop with us at our brick and mortar location during our limited walk-in hours, we are doing our best to create a safe and clean shopping environment for everyone. At this time, we are limiting the number of people in the store to four at a time, requiring all staff and customers properly wear masks at all times, keeping apothecary testers behind the counter, disinfecting our POS system between transactions, encouraging customers to pay with card instead of cash, providing hand sanitization stations throughout the store, and disinfecting dressing rooms between use and keeping any tried on garments upstairs for a minimum of three days before putting them back out on the sales floor. 

RETURN POLICY

Not much is changing here, but as a friendly reminder for health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on the following items: earrings, apothecary, swimwear, and lingerie. Please take a look at our FAQ page for more information about our full return policy.

We greatly appreciate all of the love and support we have received from our community during these unprecedented times and we are trying to constantly adapt and restructure our plans in response to continually changing orders from government and health officials and the needs and safety concerns of our staff and customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time and we will be diligent about updating any changes to our current policies and procedures.
