This classic babydoll dress is meant to be worn all year, all season. For Summer, it will serve as a loose, swingy dress that keeps you cool, and for Fall/Winter, it will look so cute with a sweater underneath/over it, boots, etc.
I am rather tall (5'9) so on most, this dress will land right below the knees. It has internal pockets at the side seams that are roomy.
This checker fabric has an amazing weight. It drapes and feels silky to the touch, but it thick enough to have wonderful opacity. It is a deadstock polyblend that has been rescued from the ill-fate of overstock textile that is headed to the landfill - and will give you years of radness.
