This pendant was inspired by the centuries-old myth that avian members of the Corvid family (which includes crows, ravens, magpies, and jays) are driven to steal shiny objects like jewelry and coins. A claw, originally hand-sculpted in wax and cast in solid sterling silver that has been oxidized, clutches a chunk of natural, unpolished pyrite. Pendant measures approximately 13/16” long and hangs on an oxidized, patterned sterling chain. Please mention your preferred chain length (up to 24”) in checkout. This is a limited run of 9 pendants which have already been created, so I will ship your order within 3 days of purchase.
