The halberd was a versatile infantry weapon, popular throughout Northern Europe during the 13th - 15th centuries. This piece, inspired by medieval Bavarian styles, was hand carved in wax and has been cast in sterling silver that has been oxidized. Pendant measures 2 5/8" long and 5/8" at its widest point and hangs on an oxidized sterling silver chain.
